If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as you can. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking value. For cancellations made less than a week before your planned arrival date we reserve the right to charge 30% of the booking value. We will try our best to re-let the room and if successful an appropriate refund will be given.
To confirm a room booking we require a deposit of 25 % of the booking value

- Many ingredients are grown in our own garden.
- Special dietary and vegetarian requirements may be catered for, please give prior notice.

- We are open all year round and operate a total non smoking policy
